Hi Everyone,
Jenny saw Dr. Mazgani today. It was a rather uneventful visit, since they are not doing blood tests etc, at Jenny's request. It has been clear to us for the past couple of days that she will need another drain by the end of this week, or beginning of next. Dr. Mazgani is setting that up, so we will just wait to hear from them as to a date and time.
Dr. Mazgani said we will be seeing Dr. Smith after this, unless she herself is needed. That is fine with us. Dr. Smith is the doctor she had through both rounds of chemo and she is very nice. We feel very comfortable with her. We made it very very clear that we do not want any part of Dr. Michels, and I was not shy about saying why. So, we are happy about that. Dr. Mazgani is still there if/when Jenny needs her.She is very busy with surgeries and following up on her surgical patients, working both at the hospital and the cancer agency.
Jenny does feel and look well when not full of fluid.
