I am wondering where January went. Wow.
Jenny and I are heading to Parksville (for those of you who do not live in the area, it is about 2 hours north of here on the island)om Monday the 8th.
Our friends Donna and Tony, have purchased a condo in a new project there, called 'The Beach Club'. They are still living in Victoria but eventually will move there. In the meantime, they use it mainly on weekends.
They have offered it to us as a getaway, and it will be a WELCOMED getaway for sure!
It is right on the beach in the centre of Parksville, and the building has a swimming pool, exercise room, hot tub etc.
We will be back on Thursday evening. In the meantime, I will post some pictures here on the blog while we are there.
