Jenny is feeling pretty well now. She had a blood transfusion last Thursday because her hemoglobin was so low. It took a day or so, but it has perked her up lots. She had found the slightest activity would put her out of breath and she was very tired and cold. Now she is back to her (mostly) energetic self, gardening etc.
She has one chemo treatment left - next Monday, the 10th. Yeah ........ we will be glad to have it over with. She has responded well to the treatments.
Now, she will keep on with the mistletoe injections via the naturopath. He says that will be there continuing to "mop up the cells". She will always be on it.
We had a new grandson on Friday, April 30, which is Sophie's birthday (she is 2). He was 8 lb 10 oz, and went home the next day. There is a photo below of Jenny holding him. You can click on it to enlarge.
